What exactly does each mode in the Booster Pro do?  How does it help my skin?

#1. The Booster mode utilizes electroporation.  This allows our skincare products to penetrate deeper into your skin for amplified results and enhanced radiance.

#2.  The Microcurrent mode is like a workout for your face. By using small electrical pulses, this setting stimulates facial muscles to lift and "tone," helping to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles.

#3.  The Derma-shot mode is similar to microcurrent, except a bit stronger. It uses different types of electrical pulses that are designed to directly improve skin laxity and boost firmness to help firm your jawline, cheekbones, etc.

#4. The Air-shot mode exfoliates and refines skin by sending out tiny electrical signals that create micro holes in the pores. This can potentially help clear out pores (making them appear a little tighter and smoother) and jumpstart collagen production for better skin elasticity.

Does the Booster Pro modes hurt?

The Booster Pro is designed with user comfort in mind, and most clients find it painless. However, the sensation can vary depending on the mode and intensity settings selected. Each mode has 5 intensity levels, so the higher the level I use, the more intense it feels.

• Microcurrent and EMS Modes (Derma-shot mode): Some clients may experience a mild tingling or tightening sensation, especially during the Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) mode, as it works to tone and lift facial muscles. This is typically a sign that the technology is effectively engaging your muscles. You may feel a bit of a twinge in your muscles on the higher levels, but it isn’t painful at all.  Your eye may twitch a little when the device is closer to the eye area, but again, not painful at all.

• LED Light Therapy: This mode is generally gentle and non-invasive, causing no discomfort during use.  The light changes with each mode. 

• Air-shot Mode: As a needle-free microneedling alternative, this mode is designed to be painless while delivering skin-smoothing benefits.

Are there any limitations or Precautions? 

There are limitations.   You cannot have a Booster Pro Treatment if:

*You have symptoms of redness or stinging due to excessive sun. (sunburn) 

* Sensitive skin allergies.

* ANY electronic devices worn inside the body, such as a cardiac pacemaker.. etc.

* Using ANY medical devices used for life support.

* You are using steroid based hormone medication for an extended period.

* You have liver function disorders and have symptoms of vascular dilatation syndromes in the circulatory system. 

* You have areas with inflamed acne.

* You have blood disorders, acute illnesses, bleeding areas, malignant tumors, infectious  diseases, pregnant and breastfeeding. 

* You are undergoing outpatient treatment.

* You have areas of dermatitis caused by cosmetics or skin care products or if you have atopic dermatitis.
