Service Description

If you have purchased a Groupon, you may choose an open day and time from my calendar for your appointment. Once approved, I will send you a confirmation email. You MUST come in 5 - 10 minutes earlier than appointment to fill out paperwork. (Days/times are up - to - date on the calendar) * You will redeem the voucher after your appointment day/time. I do not redeem vouchers before appointment day/time. NOTE: If the Groupon is going to expire prior to the appointment day and time... Text a screenshot of the page with the Redemption Code (6 - 9 numbers) to 615-414-7939. I can still honor your Groupon. You MUST type in CORRECT information or the Groupon and appointment may be voided.

Cancellation Policy
